Elite Supply Partners Inc. was established in 2020 when two PVF industry leaders, City Pipe & Supply Corp. and Apex Remington Inc., merged into one company. Elite Supply is an entity of Canadian based company Russel Metals Inc. Russel Metals is one of the largest metals distribution and processing companies in North America. Its large family of companies is made up of metals service centers, energy products distributors and steel distributors.
Elite Supply has 12 store locations in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma allowing it to service customers across the United States. Elite Supply also operates two regional corporate offices in Odessa, Texas and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. With over 75 years of experience and knowledgeable staff at each location, Elite Supply is a premier PVF provider for the Oil & Gas, Mechanical and Industrial markets.

City Pipe & Supply was established in 1942. City Pipe provided OCTG and production equipment to the oil patch.
City Pipe Transitioned
City Pipe transitioned to the industrial Pipe, Valves, and Fittings market in the late 1960’s where it’s remained since.
City Pipe Incorporated
City Pipe incorporated in 2007 and became a 100% employee-owned company.
Remington Pipe & Supply
Remington Pipe & Supply Company was incorporated in August of 2008.
Remington Pipe & Supply Company was purchased
Remington Pipe & Supply Company was purchased by Apex Distribution in October 2009 and changed its name to Apex Remington, Inc.
Apex Remington was purchased
Apex Remington was purchased by Russel Metals in November 2012 and continued to operate under the same name.
City Pipe was purchased
City Pipe was purchased by Russel Metals in October 2019.
Apex Remington and City Pipe merge
Apex Remington and City Pipe merged to establish Elite Supply Partners Inc. on January 1, 2020. Elite Supply stands today as an industry leader with 12 locations across the Southwest.
